For those who define corporate success by what they give.

You don’t need diplomas to be a ‘good’ professional. We believe that whenever our words or actions truly touch someone else, it is the Good that appeals to them. It gently knocks on their door and whispers: come, join us.

This network organization is designed to facilitate that contact. To help the Good find its way to our companies… through us. Because doing good for others really works. It’s the most effective way to build an impactful career and organization.

1. Why consider a collaboration?

1. Capital is chasing Good.
Doing Good is no longer idealism, it’s a proven business strategy.
Companies that integrate social and moral value creation are more resilient, trusted and attractive to both capital and talent.
2. The cheaper the technology, the more valuable the human being.
In a world full of smart systems, goodness becomes the ultimate competitive advantage.
3. Doing Good builds coherence inside organizations.
Doing good for others creates environments where trust replaces control, transparency replaces politics, and learning replaces fear.
In such cultures, people want to contribute because they see meaning in their work.

Doing Good Works Long Table Dinner – Helping Refugees in Closed Detention

Thursday February 6th, 7pm.

Doing Good Works Long Table Dinner: Helping refugees in closed detention. An evening of connection, compassion, and purpose. We gather around the table to listen to the story of Jesuit Refugee Service Belgium (JRS), an organization that stands up for the rights of refugees and forced migrants in Belgium. JRS works with people detained by the government in an attempt to force their departure, while building community-based alternatives to detention. Join us for dinner, dialogue, and a chance to connect JRS with leaders who want to make a difference — in their companies and beyond.

“If there’s one person who continuously inspires me to bring my ‘humanity’ to life in my work, it’s Nick Van Langendonck. This book is another beautiful example of how we can return to the core, using biblical stories that I am now reading with a deeper, more attentive perspective.” — Charlotte Verhaeghe, CFO, GroepS
