This is a tailor-made social learning experience custom-made to tackle a specific business challenge of Agristo.
This year program is an ambitious collaboration project where two cross-functional teams from Equans and Port of Antwerp-Bruges, each bringing their own goal to the table, come together for a year-long social learning and collaboration journey to support each other’s success.

During the first long-table dinner of the year on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in Berchem, Antwerp, we will build bridges between the business community and the reality of refugees and forced migrants. Jorg Gebhard, CEO of JRS Belgium, will share his insights on closed centers and his search for community-oriented alternatives to detention. Based on this practical experience, he wants to work with the business community to develop more humane solutions.

Op 26 augustus organiseren we onze jaarlijkse startdag voor alle medewerkers. Er werd gekozen voor een concept als ‘leerfestival’, met een sterke focus op verbinding over afdelingen heen en inhoudelijke opstart van het nieuwe werkjaar. We zouden het fijn vinden om deze dag met jouw keynote te starten.
Binnen onze vzw Bejaardenzorg Grauwzusters Limburg organiseren wij jaarlijks een inspiratiedag. Wij hebben uw boek gelezen en zouden het erg inspirerend vinden als u een lezing hierrond kan geven aan onze raad van bestuur, directieleden en leidinggevende.
