Learning together, improving together. With this ‘Discover & Learn’ training, you, as teams from Equans and Port of Ant-werp-Bruges, embarked on a great adventure together. It took courage to step into an experiment whose path was not entirely mapped out. Yet you chose to take that leap, to explore new ways of working together and to challenge yourselves and each other. By looking at how others approach challenges, by reflecting together on habits and processes, and by trying out what works, you inspired each other. We also discovered areas where you already excel, and which we should perhaps not take for granted! And sometimes we came across things that could be improved, but that is precisely where the power of social learning lies: observing, mirroring, adapting, and continuing to make adjustments. In this way, you have moved for-ward together, step by step. This booklet brings together the path you have traveled, the insights that emerged along the way, and the actions that set you in motion. It is a reminder of how big the impact of small actions can be, especially when we carry them together.
