Learning together, improving together. Teams from SD Worx, HP, Kommaboard and Unipartners (together Kubik Consulting) embarked on a unique learning adventure in 2025 without a predefined route. Nevertheless, they chose to take the leap: to explore new forms of collaboration, to sharpen their feedback culture and to investigate the sensitivities and opportunities surrounding mergers. By learning from each other, reflecting on patterns and habits, and testing together what works, they inspired each other to do good. We saw where they already excel, often things we take for granted, and we encountered challenges that need improvement. This is precisely where the social learning of Doing Good Works shows its strength: observing, mirroring, trying things out and adjusting. In this way, they have moved forward step by step, both as teams and as a network. This booklet brings together the path they have travelled, the insights they gained along the way and the actions they set in motion. It is a reminder of the impact of small steps, especially when we take them together.
